How the Process starts

Consultation & Planning
Begin with an in-depth consultation to discuss your vision, budget, and timeline. This step includes selecting a lot (if not already owned), defining your must-haves, and reviewing initial design concepts with architects and builders.

Design & Approvals
Work with our designers and architects to create detailed blueprints and 3D renderings of your future home. During this phase, materials, layouts, and custom features are finalized, and necessary permits and approvals are obtained.

Pre-Construction
Once designs are approved, the site is prepared, clearing land, grading, and setting up utilities will follow. Construction schedules are established, and materials are ordered to ensure a smooth building process.

Construction & Progress Updates
The build begins, starting with the foundation, framing, and structural work, followed by interior and exterior finishes. Throughout this phase, regular updates and walkthroughs keep you informed as your custom home takes shape.
